Need help cant exec

i need some help cuz when i try to exec scripts it cant find the cfg
it says couldnt exec. i lay the cfg file in cfg folder and have tryed alot of guide.
plz need help. sry my bad english

hmmm make sure u copy and paste all the content from the folder into the cfg folder like so:
c:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/counterstrikesource/cstrike/cfg

Make sure the new script u maked u didnt copy a ".cfg" notepad and pasted it somewhere and typed in a new code and putted it in cfg if u did that copy the code and do it from a .txt document paste code and save it as scriptname.cfg
and all files and save in cfg and there u go...

they mean save ur script as fx fast.cfg !
exec fast in console duhh

No i mean other way maybe he copyed a .cfg file and renamed it and putted other code then it dont work u must make a new 1 ...
